How do I join the Team 18 Club?

Simply head over to the memberships page and select your package and follow the prompts. Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation letter with further details.

How long does the membership last?

The membership lasts from the date of purchase through to December 31 2024.

What are the different levels of memberships?

VIP, Gold, Silver and Kids – head over to the Membership page to compare them. Kids members must be 14 years or younger. VIP members must be 16 years or older.

How and when can I retrieve my Hot Lap as a VIP?

The hot lap is determined by scheduled events arranged by Team 18. Hot laps are available in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria only unless Team 18 arrange further ride day events. Hot Laps are only available to VIP members and cannot be purchased any other way.

What are the Terms and Conditions for the Hot Lap?

All participants in our Supercars Hot Lap experience must be over the age of 18, weigh no more than 100kg’s and be no taller than 185cm. This is due to passenger seat restrictions and affects your safety.

What if I don’t live in Australia/NZ?

You can still purchase a membership but will need to pay extra for postage and handling of goods and you are responsible for all flights and accommodation to attend any events you are entitled to as part of the membership.

What if I haven’t received my membership pack?

Please get in touch with membership@team18.com.au as soon as possible and we will track your order or provide information. There can be some items subject to backorder.

Where and when will the membership night to be held?

The membership night will be confirmed by Team 18 and communicated in due course.

How do I arrange my pit tour?

Once you have selected your preferred event to take place in a pit tour, we will arrange for a time and day for this to occur and email you the specifications. If these do not suit you, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

How do I change my details?
