Melbourne Storm NRL players Jonah Pezet and Kane Bradley were treated to the ride of a lifetime with TRADIE Beer Racing Supercars driver David Reynolds on Monday after the Sandown 500.
In collaboration between Team 18 and TRADIE, the two rugby league stars strapped in alongside Reynolds for a high-speed hot lap around Sandown Raceway in his Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Supercar.
Fresh off his 8th-place finish in the Sandown 500 alongside co-driver Warren Luff, Reynolds showcased the power and precision of the Supercar to the Storm duo, delivering a heart-pounding experience they won’t soon forget.
Bradley, a Winger for the Storm described the ride as “unreal,” saying, “I just went for a hot lap with Dave Reynolds and it was unreal, big thanks to TRADIE for getting us out here.”
Pezet, who plays as a Halfback, echoed the excitement: “The ride with Dave was awesome. The speed around the corners was insane. Massive thanks to TRADIE for having us out here at Sandown.”
The Melbourne Storm will face the Sydney Roosters this Friday night in front of a sold out crowd at AAMI Park.
Meanwhile, Team 18 is preparing for their next outing at the iconic Bathurst 1000, held at Mount Panorama from October 10-13.
