Team 18 showed strong early pace for the 2025 Adelaide Grand Final, with DEWALT Racing’s Anton De Pasquale finishing fourth in Thursday practice, while TRADIE Energy’s David Reynolds would sit atop the timesheets for a majority of the session, eventually finishing in second.
Reynolds showed speed right out of the gate, immediately taking the fastest lap which would stand for almost the entire 30-minute session – on used tyres.
Team 18 will be back on track for Friday, kicking off with second practice at 10:30am, Qualifying at 12:40pm, and Race 32 at 4:20pm. The action can be followed live on Channel 7, alongside Fox Sports and Kayo.

“Day one done at the Adelaide Grand Final. We only had one practice session – half an hour. Ended up second, rolled out a few tenths clear of the field, and that feels good to roll out quickest. But tried a few things over the runs and didn’t sort of work out how we thought it was gonna work out.”
