Anton De Pasquale is one of Australian motorsport’s brightest stars, combining raw talent with a relentless drive to succeed. Starting his career in karting, De Pasquale quickly rose through the ranks, clinching the 2013 Australian Formula Ford Championship and setting his sights on an international future.
In 2014, he dominated the Formula Renault 1.6 NEC Championship in Europe, securing nine wins from 15 races and earning a place in the FIA’s prestigious Young Driver Academy. However, limited opportunities in Formula Renault 2.0 redirected De Pasquale’s journey back to Australia.
In 2016, he joined the Super2 Series with Paul Morris Motorsport, finishing 11th in his rookie year and improving to fourth in 2017, earning two wins, six podiums, and one pole position. His performance caught the attention of Erebus Motorsport, which signed him to pilot the #99 Commodore in the 2018 Supercars Championship.
De Pasquale’s rookie Supercars season was highlighted by a remarkable lap in the Top 10 Shootout, earning him a third-place start at his first Bathurst 1000. By 2020, he secured his maiden Supercars victory in Darwin, paving the way for a move to Dick Johnson Racing.
With DJR, De Pasquale showcased blistering speed, amassing 11 poles and six wins in 2021, and a further win and four poles in 2022 to finish fourth overall. Despite challenges in 2023, he claimed a victory in Townsville and podium finishes in Sydney and Bathurst.
In 2024, De Pasquale added two podiums in New Zealand before signing a multi-year deal with Team 18. Reuniting with former Erebus teammate David Reynolds, De Pasquale is set to bring his experience and skill to the team as they aim for success in the Supercars Championship.
