Team 18 is proud to announce a major two-year extension of its long-standing partnership with Stanley Black & Decker, securing the global toolmaker’s support through the 2026 and 2027 Supercars seasons.
The extension marks the 11th and 12th consecutive years of partnership between Team 18 and Stanley Black & Decker, and the sixth season with DEWALT showcased as the major backer of the #18 Chevrolet Camaro.
Stanley Black & Decker celebrated its tenth year with Team 18 in 2025, a milestone season that delivered the strongest on-track results in the team’s history. New recruit Anton De Pasquale enjoyed a standout debut year in DEWALT colours, recording three podium finishes, three front-row starts, 21 top-ten results, and finishing eighth in the Drivers’ Championship.
The nine-time Supercars race winner also played a pivotal role in Team 18’s rise up the order, helping lift the squad from 10th in the 2024 Teams’ Championship to a best-ever fifth in 2025. The season also saw De Pasquale advance into Supercars’ inaugural Finals Series, before being eliminated at the Gold Coast.
The partnership between Team 18 and Stanley Black & Decker began in 2016 with Sidchrome, transitioned to IRWIN Tools in 2019, and has since raced under the globally recognised DEWALT brand. Over the past two seasons, the collaboration has expanded further with Cub Cadet, part of Stanley Black & Decker’s outdoor power equipment portfolio, featuring as a title brand at selected events. Cub Cadet is set to again play a prominent role during the 2026 season.
Beyond the racetrack, the renewed agreement will continue to deliver fan activations, exclusive events and customer experiences at Supercars rounds and participating tool retailers throughout Australia.
DEWALT has become a major force in global motorsport, with its international sponsorship portfolio also including McLaren Formula 1 Team and Joe Gibbs Racing in NASCAR.
The extension comes at a pivotal time for Team 18, with 2026 marking the team’s official role as Chevrolet Racing’s Homologation Partner in the Supercars Championship. The Mount Waverley-based squad will lead the Chevrolet alliance, having recently completed wind tunnel testing in Concord, North Carolina, as part of aerodynamic parity preparations for the new season.
De Pasquale will debut the 2026 DEWALT Racing Chevrolet Camaro when the Repco Supercars Championship kicks off at Sydney Motorsport Park from February 20–22.

“2025 was a really special season for me personally and for everyone at Team 18. Coming into a new environment, we set some big goals together, and to deliver three podiums, consistent front-row pace and finish eighth in the championship shows just how much work went in behind the scenes.
“What I’m most proud of is the consistency we built across the year and the way the team continued to lift its level. To help drive Team 18 to its best-ever Teams’ Championship finish and into the Finals Series was hugely rewarding, and it’s something we can really build on.
