Team 18 has unveiled their striking Indigenous Round liveries for the Darwin Triple Crown, celebrating Aboriginal culture and storytelling through powerful artwork designed by proud Mayi woman Leah Cummins from Bunya Designs.
Following the team’s last round in Perth, which saw a major Sunday turnaround highlighted by a Top 10 Shootout appearance for both cars and a seventh-place finish for David Reynolds, Team 18 enters Darwin with strong momentum.
Both the #18 DEWALT Racing and #20 TRADIE Energy Racing Chevrolet Camaros will showcase bespoke designs integrated into their existing liveries behind the major branding on each car’s doors. The artworks were created by Cummins, who also designed Scott Pye’s Hino livery for the Indigenous Round in 2023 and recently designed the 2025 First Nations Dress for the Queensland Firebirds netball team.
Reynolds’ TRADIE Energy Camaro features the artwork ‘Travelling Dreams’, a piece that reflects life’s journey through symbolic pathways and kangaroos, a representation of progress, purpose and collective connection.
De Pasquale’s DEWALT Camaro will sport ‘Dreaming’, a design illustrating strength, determination and the pursuit of a common goal. With kangaroos symbolising forward motion, the design captures the unifying force of shared ambition and resilience.
Team 18 hits the track next Friday for the 2025 Darwin Triple Crown at Hidden Valley Raceway, 18-20 June.
