Terms & Conditions

Membership Commencement & Delivery

2026 Team 18 Membership packs are expected to commence delivery in March 2026, subject to product availability and production timelines.

If any member breaches the Terms and Conditions set out below, Team 18 reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or suspend a membership with no refund provided.

Membership Pricing

  • Platinum Membership: $1080 AUD
  • Gold Membership: $550 AUD
  • Silver Membership: $250 AUD
  • Kids Membership: $70 AUD

All prices include GST and standard postage within Australia or New Zealand.
Prices are non-negotiable and payment must be made in full at the time of registration via PayPal. Payment instalments are not available.

  • Kids Members must be 14 years of age or younger.
  • Platinum Members must be 18 years of age or older.

Memberships for 2026 are valid from the date of purchase until 31 December 2026.
Unused membership privileges or benefits do not carry over to another year.

General Membership Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Product images are for display purposes only and are subject to change.
  • Delivery dates are determined by availability; please allow several weeks for delivery.
  • Membership benefits, inclusions, sponsors and events are subject to change due to availability, scheduling or partner commitments.
  • Further sponsorship benefits may be added throughout the 2026 season and are subject to change.
  • Membership cards can be reissued upon request for a fee. Please email membership@team18.com.au.
  • All membership cards are supplied with a protective sleeve/card holder across all tiers.
  • Personal information is kept private and is not provided to third parties.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal; no credit card details are stored on Team 18 servers.
  • Team 18 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Merchandise Vouchers

  • Any merchandise voucher included with a membership is valid for online use only at the Team 18 online store.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed in person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Voucher expiry dates apply as stated.

Membership Benefits & Events

Pit Garage Tours

  • Platinum Members: Maximum of two (2) pit garage tours per season.
  • Gold Members: Maximum of one (1) pit garage tour per season.
  • Silver & Kids Members: Not eligible.

All pit garage tours are subject to operational availability and Supercars regulations.

Hot Laps – Platinum Members Only

Each Platinum Member is eligible for one (1) hot lap during the 2026 season, subject to availability.

Platinum Members that would like to have their hot lap at the NSW Ride Day must sign up before 30 January, otherwise the hot lap will be completed at the 2027 NSW Ride Day or another state this year.

Hot Lap Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum height: 180cm
  • Maximum weight: 100kg
  • Participants must meet all safety requirements on the day

Team 18 is not responsible for the cancellation of a hot lap if these requirements are not met.

2026 Team 18 Ride Days (Hot Laps)

  • NSW – Sydney Motorsport Park: Monday 23 February 2026
  • QLD – Queensland Raceway: Wednesday 26 August 2026
  • VIC – Sandown Raceway: Monday 9 November 2026

Ride Day dates are subject to change.

Name on Transporter

Platinum and Gold Members must complete their membership sign-up by 10 February 2026 to guarantee their name is included on the Team 18 Transporter for Round 1 of the championship in Sydney. Memberships purchased after this date will still receive transporter name inclusion later in the season ahead of upcoming events.

Member Functions

A Members’ Night will be held at Team 18 Headquarters, Mount Waverley, VIC, on a date confirmed by the team during the 2026 season.

Membership Draws

  • Membership cut-off date for draw eligibility: 28 February 2026.

Gold Member Hot Lap Draw

  • Gold Members who sign up before the cut-off draw eligibility date will go into the draw to win a Team 18 Hot Lap, subject to meeting all hot lap requirements listed above.
  • The hot lap will be redeemable at either the 2026 Queensland or Victorian ride day, or the 2027 New South Wales Ride Day.

Video & Digital Content

  • Birthday video messages will be sent to the mobile number provided with the membership.
  • The “Ask the Engineer” virtual Q&A session will be conducted online via Zoom during the season.
