TERMS & CONDITIONS

2025 Membership packs are expected to commence delivery in March 2025.

Please ensure you meet the height and weight requirements before signing up for a Platinum Team 18 Club Hot Lap. Team 18 is not responsible for the cancellation of your hot lap if these requirements are not met.

If any member breaches the Terms and Conditions set out below, Team 18 reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or suspend a membership with no refund provided.

Membership Pricing

  • Platinum Membership: $1080 AUD
  • Gold Membership: $500 AUD
  • Silver Membership: $250 AUD
  • Kids Membership: $70 AUD

All prices include GST and postage to Australia or New Zealand. Prices are non-negotiable and payment must be made in full at the time of registration via PayPal. Payment instalments are not available.

  • Kids Members must be 14 years of age or younger.
  • Platinum Members must be 18 years or older.

Memberships for 2025 are valid from the date of purchase until 31 December 2025. Unused membership privileges or benefits do not carry over to another year.

General Membership Terms

  1. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Product sale images are for display purposes only and subject to change.
  3. Delivery dates are determined by availability. Please allow several weeks for delivery.
  4. Team 18 Club privileges may vary due to accessibility or availability, but the value of the membership remains unchanged.
  5. Membership cards can be reissued upon request for a fee. Please email membership@team18.com.au for a replacement.
  6. Personal information is kept private and not provided to third parties.
  7. Payments are processed securely via PayPal, and no credit card details are stored on Team 18 servers.
  8. Team 18 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Membership Benefits and Events

Pit Garage Tours

  • Platinum Members: Maximum 2 tours per season.
  • Gold Members: Maximum 1 tour per season.
  • Silver and Kids Members: Not eligible for pit tours.

Other tour guidelines remain unchanged.

Hot Laps – Platinum Members Only

  • Each Platinum Member is eligible for one (1) hot lap per year.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old, under 180cm tall, and weigh 100kg or less.
  • All other Hot Lap terms remain the same.

The 2025 Hot Lap Days for Team 18 are as follows:

  • NSW, Sydney Motorsport Park: Monday 24 February 2025
  • QLD, Queensland Raceway: Wednesday 13 August 2025
  • VIC, Sandown Raceway: Monday 17 November 2025

Member Functions

The Member’s Night will take place at Team 18 Headquarters in Mount Waverley, VIC, on a date confirmed by the team.

Merchandise Discounts

The Team 18 Club Discount Code applies to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other offers. Misuse of the code may result in membership termination.

Membership Draw

The cut-off date for membership sign ons to enter the draw is 28 February 2025.

Platinum members enter the draw to win a SEIKO 2025 Supercars Watch.

Gold Members enter the draw to win a hot lap. The hot lap will be redeemable at the 2025 QLD or VIC Ride Day, however if winner selects Sydney it will be redeemable at the 2026 NSW Ride Day. 

VIDEO CONTENT

Birthday video messages will be texted to the mobile number on file for your membership.

Team Principal quarterly updates will be distributed via a private video link in an email
